IF AN ITEM ARRIVES IN A FAULTY CONDITION
We make every effort to ship merchandise that is in excellent condition. However, in the instance that this may happen, faulty merchandise may be exchanged. Please note: items that are damaged, as a result of wear and tear by the recipient, are not considered faulty or returnable. If you would like to replace a faulty item, we will replace the item in the same style, color, and size subject to availability.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Reshipping refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return ground shipping only. If you would like to cancel an undeliverable or refused package that has been returned to us, please note that there is a 15% Restocking Fee per item..
Items must be returned in new and unused condition. All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, dry cleaned, and altered, and must have all originals tags attached. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item(s) being returned to you.
Note: If you do not accept the item(s) being
returned to you, we will charge 50% of the value of the item(s) plus
shipping costs as a restocking fee.
Any items marked CLEARANCE on our web site are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Orders placed with Instyle New York.com are shipped via DHL, UPS, FEDEX or USPS and require a signature upon receipt. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification (shipping address must match billing address, when the shipping address is not the same as billing address it must be verified with your issuing bank).
Orders placed before 2pm (EST) Monday to Friday are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm (EST) Monday to Friday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 2pm (EST) on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is accepted by our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been shipped providing you with a tracking number. You may use that number to check the status of your order at the shipper website indicated in the email.
Domestic ShippingOrders are shipped using UPS standard ground.
Military Base and APO. orders will be shipped by USPS, at a cost of $20 a item and will arrive to you between 3 to 8 business days from date of shipping.

Overnight Delivery In-stock items ordered before 1pm (EST) Monday to Friday will be shipped the date the order was placed (pending credit card verification.) In-stock items ordered after 1pm (EST) will be shipped the next business day. Overnight delivery is not available outside the continental United States.
Saturday Delivery Saturday delivery is available for in-stock items ordered after 4pm (EST) on Thursday and before 12pm (EST) on Friday for an additional shipping charge of $30.
International ShippingInternational orders are shipped via DHL, UPS or USPS Priority Mail. International shipping cost to most countries are usually $35 - $65. Canada $15 -$45.
International orders will take 3-8 business days to be delivered from the date the order has been shipped. (Russian Federation orders will take up to 3 weeks to be delivered from the date the order has shipped.)
All items purchased from special sale clearance are final sale. No refunds.
