Shipping

Domestic Shipping

In-stock orders ship within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. Standard ground shipping within the US then takes 3-7 business days, based on location.

If you order more than one item, you may receive your order in more than one shipment.

Expedited Shipping

We offer UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select. Please note that expedited shipments cannot be sent to a P.O. Box.

Costs for expedited shipping are determined based on your zip code and can be obtained from the UPS website.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery is available for orders placed after 4pm on Thursday and before 12pm on Friday, pending credit card verification, stock availability and availability of Saturday delivery service in your area. There is a premium charge of $90 for Saturday delivery.

International Shipping

Basix Black Label ships worldwide via UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL. International shipping takes 3-8 business days.

International shipping is a flat $295 to every destination outside the United States. The consumer is responsible for any customs duties.

Expedited International Shipping

We offer DHL expedited international service with delivery in 2-4 business days, depending on your location. Expedited service is an additional $35 on top of the regular shipping costs. To select this as your method of shipment, simply indicate your preference in the comments section on the last page of the ordering process.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification e-mail with the tracking number. You can track your order with the carrier using the tracking number provided.
