After you have placed your order, basixblacklabel.com will send you an
automatic e-mail confirmation for your order process has begun. This
does not constitute confirmation of the sale. Your credit card will not be charged
until your order has been accepted. basixblacklabel.com reserves the right to
refuse to sell items if they are in production, not available, have
incorrect pricing due to software errors or have been cancelled or not
passed inspection. Once your order is shipped you will receive a
notification e-mail with the tracking number to track your order with
the carrier.
Please make sure your email is accurate so it will not be
flagged as spam.
Stock availability
All
products are subject to availability.
Most of our in stock products
will be shipped out within 1-5 business days.
Orders must be placed
before 2pm EST in order to be processed the same business day.
All
orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the next business day.
If
you order more than one item, you may receive your order in more than
one shipment.
You will be notified of the status of your order via
email or you can check the status of your order anytime online.
Special Order
Special
orders are orders for dresses that are not available for immediate
shipping but will become available at a later date.
Please indicate
your desired Wear Date, dress size using our sizing guide, you measurements using our measurement guide and any changes you want to your dress before we begin production.
Once you place a special order we will notify
you about the delivery date and upon your approval the order will be
processed.
No cancellation is accepted for special orders once it is
placed and confirmed.
50% of the order value is assessed as
a cancellation fee.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders
are orders placed on merchandise that is not in stock for immediate
delivery but will be shipped at the date indicated on the website.
By
placing a pre-order, you will be receiving your order as the item
becomes available.
If you order a Pre-Order item, and the delivery date
is within 25 days of your order date your credit card will be
charged once the order has been accepted.
If the delivery date is longer
than 25 days ,you will be notified via email and your card will be
charged.
All pre-order dates are subject to change.
If a pre-order
date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the merchandise will be shipped
the next business day.
All Cancellations of Pre-Order items will incur
up to 50 percent cancellation fee.
Consumer Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as your order has not been processed.
Once an order has been processed and confirmed (i.e., payment
verified and item ordered and invoiced by our warehouse), it cannot be cancelled without incurring a restocking fee.
All Cancellations on instock on process order that require us to cancel a shipment or reverse shipment items will incur a 15 Percent cancellation fee.
Once your order is shipped, you cannot cancel.
Orders shipped and refused by customers will incur up to 50 percent restocking fee plus shipping charges that will be debited from your
account.

Wholesale Order Cancellation
You may cancel your wholesale order as long as your order has not been processed and your sales rep has authorized cancellation.

Sales Tax
All orders are shipped out of New York City. New York State sales tax is applied only to orders shipped within New York state.

certified checks or COD.
